I. Compensation Rules
During 08:00 - 24:00, the time for depositing or withdrawing will not be more than 20 minutes.
During 24:00 - 08:00, the time for normal depositing or withdrawing will not be more than 20 minutes, and for large amount (that is, more than 50,000 CNY equivalent) will not be more than 1 hour. In the event of time our, CoinW will make compensation to the user.
Deposit: Time out refers to the no receiving when the block browser confirmation number has reached the platform amount.
Note: This rule does not apply to blockchain congestion or an insufficient number of confirmations.
Withdraw: Time out refers to the failure to be on chain within the time limit after withdrawing.
Note: This rule does not apply to cases where there is an insufficient number of confirmations.

The compensation is 2 times the handling fee or value equivalent gifts, capped at 100U or equivalences.
2. Deposit
The compensation is 2 times the withdrawal handling fee required when withdrawing all the deposit amount or value equivalent gifts, capped at 100U or equivalences.
3. Other:
When a large impairment of deposit or withdraw caused by the platform servers or other, CoinW will compensate the user through red packets or communication to guarantee the user's rights.
III. Compensation Process:
Users should report the situation to CoinW official customer service, and wait for the customer service to contact and ask the detailed situation and reason which decide you whether to be compensated or not.
CoinW reserves all the rights for final interpretation.
