1. Enter the CoinW | World-class Crypto Exchange and click the 【Account & Security】 on the upper right corner of the page
2. Enter to 【Security Page】 scroll down to Login password and select 【Change】
3. Follow the interface prompts and fill in your old password, new password, confirmation password, SMS/email verification code, and Google verification code (if it is bound, verification is required, if it is not bound, no verification is required) and the modification can be successful.
Important Note: Withdrawals will be temporarily unavailable for 24 hour(s) after changing the security settings.

1. Enter to CoinW App navigate to top left icon and choose security then select 【Change】 on login password
2. Follow the interface prompts and fill in your old password, new password, confirmation password, SMS/email verification code, and Google verification code (if it is bound, verification is required, if it is not bound, no verification is required) and the modification can be successful.
Important Note: Withdrawals will be temporarily unavailable for 24 hour(s) after changing the security settings.
Four Scenario when Forgetting your Password WEB/APP
I) Enter the web version/APP to change the login password, click the "Login" button in the upper right corner, and click 【Forgot your password】Enter the login password retrieval interface
II) After entering the login password retrieval interface, the login password can be retrieved according to different account situations;
1) Scenario 1: Account Bound with an Email
Choose to retrieve your password via email, enter the email number bound to your account, CoinW will send you a password retrieval email, click 【Please click here to set a new password】 in the email, and enter your new login password;
2) Scenario 2: Account Bound with GA (Google Authenticator)
Select the option to retrieve your password via phone number, then input the phone verification code and Google Authenticator code to proceed with the password reset.
3) Scenario 3: Account Bound with KYC
Choose the option for password retrieval via phone number, then switch to identity verification. Fill in the phone verification code and the last six digits of your identification document number to proceed with the password reset.
4) Scenario 4: Account was not Bound with KYC and GA (Google Authenticator)
If you haven't bound Google Authenticator and your account hasn't completed real-name verification, you can input your UID in the Google Authenticator field.
If you don't remember your UID, you can contact customer service for assistance. CoinW customer service is available 24/7 to assist you.
